Recently while on one of our road trips, hunger stuck! So off we went in search of somewhere nice to eat around Clonakilty. We always seem to end up in lovely Italian restaurants and this was no different. We stumbled across Mio Stakehouse and Italian restaurant in the town centre.

They place emphasis on producing great food from local West Cork suppliers which we love. The restaurant is set in a stylish yet casual setting. Great for a catch up with friends or even a family meal. We ordered a delicious pasta dish and their homemade burger. Both were simply delicious and we really enjoyed them.
